SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on all US orders. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express based on the method buyers choose at checkout. Shipping times provided at checkout do not include processing times - for more information, see below. All international shipping costs are calculated dimensionally based on weight and size. International orders may be subject to customs duties (import taxes), which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Shipping costs of approved returns and exchanges are also the responsibility of the buyer. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

PROCESSING TIME

All made to order items require up to 2 weeks in production time. If you're unsure whether or not an item is made to order or on backorder, feel free to reach out. Rest assured, you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as we've sent out your order.

SHIPPING TIME

The below shipping estimates do not include processing times. Please note that we'll do our very best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the processing times mentioned above. We cannot refund orders that arrive late due to the shipping courier, and we reserve the right to deny cancellation requests when items have extended processing times. Please note that we cannot take responsibility if an item is lost in transit due to the courier. If the wrong address is provided at checkout, the buyer assumes responsibility for the loss incurred. Please double check the accuracy of your address and contact us immediately if it is wrong. We will do our very best to change the address before shipment, but cannot make any guarantees, especially if we have already shipped out your order.
